From Kandinsky to Botero | All in one yarn

A novel exhibition until 1st September 2019, in a fascinating journey over the four floors of an ancient building which has seen a multitude of tales taking place in different ages, presents one hundred tapestries to the public, most of them from one of the last Italian manufacturers, founded by Ugo Scassa in 1960.

Among the great masters represented by these craftsmanship skill masterpieces, expressing an ancient and equally modern art, famous works by De Chirico, Mastroianni, Paul Klee, Henri Matisse, Joan Miro and Andy Warhol may be admired along an ideal path from Kandinsky to Botero.

Famed Italian critic Vittorio Sgarbi will talk of and describe the works through an audio-guide.
