Until 24 November.

Contemporary art works inspired by masterpieces in Italian and Flemish Renaissance art, such as Andrea Mantegna’s St. Sebastian, Jan van Eyck’s Crucifixion, Van Dyck’s Portrait of Marcello Durazzo, Francesco Guardi’s Vistas of Venice, Bernini’s sculptures. This is the motif of the exhibition, featuring twenty-one established or emerging artists, presented by the Carpenters Workshop Gallery in a sort of suggestive dialogue with the Venetian heritage of craftsmanship and artistic traditions in what used to be baron Franchetti’s abode, historically known as Ca’ d’Oro.

The works on display include ones by Vincenzo De Cotiis, Atelier Van Lieshout, Studio Drift, Maarten Baas, Nacho Carbonell, Vincent Dubourg, Verhoeven Twins and Virgil Abloh.
