Open until 24 November.
An important anthological exhibition by curator Germano Celant, offering a wide overview of this famous Italian artist’s creative and aesthetic path, starting from the Sixties to the present. The exhibition, unfolding from the first cancelling of books, dated 1964, and continuing with visual poems on emulsified canvases and the Red Stories, reaches the imposing, articulated texts erased in the historical volumes of the Treccani Encyclopaedia in 1970, up to ethnic ones in the Ottoman Codes, in 2010.
A special layout will draw the public into an ideal large book, visually modified by the artist.
The exhibition is accompanied by a volume published by Treccani.
