Live-streamed concerts of the Teatro La Fenice continue.

The next appointment is scheduled for Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 5.30 pm on the anniversary of our Lady of Health, and will once again feature the Choir and the instruments of the Teatro La Fenice with maestro Claudio Marino Moretti, engaged in the performance of the Petite Messe Solennelledi Gioachino Rossini. 

The musical event will be staged and broadcast for free on the www.teatrolafenice.it website, on the Phoenix YouTube channel and will also be broadcast on the dedicated digital platform made available by anfols. The Teatro La Fenice Foundation adheres to the Open despite everything project of anfols, an agreement between the twelve Italian lyric-symphonic foundations thanks to which a schedule of new productions will be proposed to be live-streamed on the social of each theater, through the ansa.it website, the online and social channels of the Ansa Agency and the TV web of Anfols, Anfols.it and agis.it and the giornaledellamusica.it website.

The masterpiece of sacred music by Pesarese will be proposed in the first version for soloists, choir, two pianos and harmonium, with an exceptional vocal cast composed by the soprano Carmela Remigio, the alto Sara Mingardo, the tenor Antonio Poli and the bass Alex Esposito. To the pianos Alberto Boischio and Raffaele Centurioni, to the harmonium Roberto Brandolisio. To facilitate the public in the use of Rossini’s music, the concert hall program is available on the www.teatrolafenice.it website, where a critical essay by Philip Gosset is also published.

Sunday, November 22, 2020 at 5.30 pm, on the day on which Saint Cecilia, patron saint of music, instruments and singers, will be celebrated, instead the Orchestra of the Teatro La Fenice will be back on stage, always live streaming on the website of the Teatro La Fenice and on its YouTube channel: at the head of the Venetian team there will be the American conductor John Axelrod, who will propose a musical program entirely dedicated to Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky with the Italian Capriccioop. 45 and Symphony No. 6 in E minor Pathetic.
