AMANDUM Sea and Love – Special menu at Restaurant Canova

On October 6th, the Canova Restaurant offers a unique culinary experience that celebrates the marriage between food and wine. The taste of the dishes created by Chef Daniele Zennaro will be intensified by the paired wines “Amandum” of Azienda Agricola dai Morars, from Moraro (Gorizia). Gorizia is situated in a perfect position that offers unique features to local vines. And it’s in this prosperous land that Bianca Albertin founded the business in 1956. It is currently lead by her nephews, Enrico and Carlo Alberto, with the same passion of their predecessors – their grandmother Bianca and mother Anna. The line of wines “Amandum” is dedicated to them.
